Nobody is judging the bathroom. The worse the joint looks, the more useful the photograph is, because the only thing that changes the price is how much old material has to come out.

A photograph along the joint at a low angle tells us more than a description does, and it is what lets the price be right first time. Photographs are resized in your browser before they are sent, which also strips the location data your phone puts in them.

What to send
Which fittings need doing, a photograph of the worst joint, and roughly how many times it has been sealed before if you know. A postcode helps with the slot. If it is a rented property, say so and give a contact for access.

Insured for work in your home and in occupied rented property. A copy of the certificate goes over by email if you want to see it before booking.
Published prices
The price card is on the site rather than behind a form, VAT included and silicone included. You can work out what your job costs before you get in touch.
The old joint comes out
Every layer, plus the residue film underneath it, before anything new goes on. That is the part that takes the time and it is the part that decides how long the new bead lasts.
